The athletic qualities developed between ages 8 and 18 determine an athlete's ceiling. Victor's youth programs build speed, coordination, and strength — alongside the mental discipline that separates competitors from champions.
Enroll Your AthleteVictor's P.R.I.D.E. system is embedded in every youth session. Physical development is the vehicle — character, accountability, and mental discipline are the destination. Athletes who go through this program come out better at their sport and better as people.
Own your performance. No excuses, no shortcuts — just honest work.
Show up. Be on time. Do the work. Accountability starts here.
This is individual. Your effort. Your growth. Your future.
Champions are built by what they do every single day — not just on game day.
Not perfection — but the relentless pursuit of your personal best.
Victory PROformance's youth programs are split by age group — each designed to match the developmental stage of the athlete while holding them to the same standard of excellence.
This is where athletic fundamentals are locked in. Coordination, spatial awareness, basic movement mechanics, and the joy of sport. At this age, broad athletic development beats early specialization — we build athletes, not just players of one sport.

"My son came in struggling with lateral movement and came out a completely different athlete. His confidence on the court went through the roof."— Diana R., Parent · Basketball Player · 8th Grade
Victory PROformance keeps parents in the loop. Here's what you can expect from your athlete's enrollment.
Victor provides monthly updates on your athlete's development — what's improved, what we're focused on next, and how they're responding to training.
Speed, agility, and strength benchmarks are recorded at the start. Progress is documented so you can see exactly what's changed — not just feel it.
For high school athletes, Victor provides guidance on the recruiting process, combine preparation, and what college programs look for in athletic profile.
Every session reinforces accountability, discipline, and respect. Athletes don't just leave faster — they leave with a stronger mindset and better habits.
Sessions are 60 minutes. They begin with a structured dynamic warmup, move into the primary training block (speed work, agility drills, or strength circuits depending on the day), and close with a cooldown and a brief team reflection on the day's P.R.I.D.E. focus.
Group sessions are kept intentionally small — typically 6 to 10 athletes — so Victor can give individual attention to every athlete's mechanics and progress.
Not at all. The Foundation Track (ages 8–13) is designed to build from scratch. The Performance Track (14–18) requires basic athletic participation but no formal training background.
