At Victory PROformance, taking your game to the next level is our priority. Our strength & conditioning programs are designed to increase muscular proficiency, muscular strength, muscular endurance, and flexibility.
Each athlete has unique training needs depending on their sport and specific skill set. With each exercise athletes perform at Victory PROformance, we emphasize a focus on training the body to move efficiently, enabling the athlete to control their athletic movements on the field more effectively.
Our strength & conditioning programs are customized by focusing on areas such as:
Movement Economy
Mobility training & Muscular Activation
Biomechanical assessments are performed on all new athletes to establish any dysfunctional areas. Once pinpointed, our mobility training phase incorporates ligament and joint activation to ensure a solidified base to Train Like a PRO.
Neuromuscular Improvements
Functional & Cardiovascular Training
Combining functional strength training with cardiovascular endurance allows proper activation from all muscles in the body, firing in synchronization and helping maintain a high level of performance to out-compete the opponent.
Movement Competency
Hypertrophy & Strength Training
During this phase, we focus heavily on the strengthening and enlargement of muscle fibers. Placing high-volume loads on athlete’s muscles requires a high number of neural recruitment to create muscle memory and improve athletic development.
Metabolic Efficiency
Explosive Power
The final phase right before competition is prepping the fast twitch muscle fibers to fire as fast as possible. Focusing largely on explosive power these movements require a certain amount of movement economy and speed to them. This is an area that has direct correlation with sport specific movements to ensure translation on the field to allow the athlete to impact the game rather than just play in it.
SIGN UP FOR YOUR BIOMECHANICS ASSESSMENT
Prior to joining the VP community, every athlete in our program will undergo a biomechanical evaluation to assess their individual level of ability. After the evaluation, the athlete and/or athlete’s parent will meet individually with the coach to review the results and select the appropriate program that tailors to the athlete’s needs.
