SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING

Victory PROformance’s sports performance training incorporates game like situations to help athletes play more confidently on the field, so when game time approaches athletes can impact the game rather than just play in it!

Our training programs focus on developing sport-specific movement efficiency and athleticism by implementing all 3 planes of motion (sagittal, frontal, and transverse plane) into our regimens.

Football Performance Training
As a football player, an athlete’s success on the field is determined through the benefits of power, speed, agility, and strength. Reason lies behind the collision aspect that the “bigger, faster, stronger man will succeed.” Our training programs implement weight training combined with power movements, with moderate rest times incorporated, to help develop the position specific, fast twitch movements needed to compete at the highest level.
Football Performance Training
Basketball requires a significant amount of coordination, agility, and explosive power to withstand the game’s high levels of intensity. Our basketball training program focuses on the proper landing mechanics, a high volume of plyometric training and skill specific exercises to help our athletes achieve their full potential of cognitive coordination.

Our baseball and softball program emphasizes ligament and joint stability training while integrating our strength, speed and agility programs. Position specific exercises are added for pitchers and position athletes alike to ensure our athletes develop with minimal strain on throwing shoulders and elbows, while maintaining strong core and rotational power.

Soccer Performance Training
A high success rate for soccer players relies heavily on footwork and agility. Our soccer training entails a lot of pelvic and hip strength integrity accompanied by ball specific movements and a heavy emphasis on plyometrics that requires strong cognitive coordination to help our athletes develop the proper skills for game day.

SIGN UP FOR YOUR BIOMECHANICS ASSESSMENT

Prior to joining the VP community, every athlete in our program will undergo a biomechanical evaluation to assess their individual level of ability. After the evaluation, the athlete and/or athlete’s parent will meet individually with the coach to review the results and select the appropriate program that tailors to the athlete’s needs.
